Nearly half of all Americans with young children cannot afford all of the diapers they need. Through a network of partners, we are able to distribute diapers to Fond du Lac County families in need on a monthly basis. Diapers come from Jake’s Network of Hope in Appleton whose mission and vision is to meet various human needs of families and increase their feelings of self-worth to make themselves and their communities thrive.

Fond du Lac's diaper program serves over 200 children per month.

Program supporters include:

  • Broken Bread

"We are deeply grateful for the generous support in providing diapers for our single parent students. This gift not only eases a daily burden but also sends a powerful message—they are seen, supported, and not alone. The smiles and relief we witness speak volumes of the impact of this program. Thank you so much for allowing us to partner with you!" - Director of the Working Families Grant Program, Marian University
